In pristine condition, used but looks new. This is an awsome piece on wheels so if you are looking to have parties by the pool or inside you can wheel it around to wherever you want. Its very versatile. A place for wine bottles, or soda bottles. Wine glass holders underneath. I have applied a very durable exterior oil base on the metal tops (2 tier). It was used very little.
